A-1 Lock & Key

The gentleman that came to unlock the car was very professional. I appreciated his quick response and demeanor. My sis and I were inside a fast food joint waiting for him to arrive. By the time he called us we thought he was just getting there. But no, he had already unlocked the car. He made it a very easy experience. I definitely recommend these guys. Make sure to tip if you can, they deserve it.

I was able to get their help a few days before the new year. One of my friends left their keys in the car right on top of the seat so I made the call for help; although it took over an hour and half for them to arrive, it took less than a minute for them to solve the problem! I was happy with how quick the job got done once they arrived.

I Never wrote a review, but this must Be the worst service we ever received to make me waste my time writing a review. They changed an ETA through AAA 3 times over 4 hours. The dispatcher Deanetta still won’t give an ETA when we called directly after 4 hours. Rude and unprofessional.

The driver was very professional and knew his trade very well. Before arriving he called to see if I was safe and to give me an update on his estimated time of arrival. Overall the response timing was outstanding! He also took safety measures by wearing his mask and that was most appreciated.

The technician was courteous and professional. I think it took him a total of not even 2 minutes to open my car. A-1 has come to the rescue for me on 4 occasions and each of the techs have been excellent. Thank you for being there when I needed help, especially in such a busy city like Miami.

Fantastic and superfast service I was very impressed it was less than an hour from when I hung up with the gentleman on the phone or he had one of his techs come out and rescue me

Keon Brown I was very professional and arrived super early. He helped me out it wasn't even my key to the car it was the battery and he stayed there and made sure that I was good. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. They arrived 30 minutes before they were supposed to and we're very professional and friendly.

It was a pleasure to have someone to help that was professional and we'll spoken. A true asset to the company. He does desire monetary bonus due to him for not giving up to assist me and knowledge in the task. A great hire. I'm a believer again in AAA. Thanks
